All new members will now start their CrossFit journey with a complimentary no-sweat consultation with one of our coaches. This consultation is a standard part of our onboarding process and is designed to help us get to know you better, understand your goals, and provide personalized guidance to set you up for success from day one!

For those who prefer a more flexible schedule or enjoy the freedom of independent training, we offer open gym access. You’ll have full access to the facility and equipment, along with coaching support available during open gym hours. See Open Gym Hours.
