What to expect
At CrossFit Lafayette Kids, we introduce fitness to kids ages 4-11 as a form of fun that is both challenging and rewarding. We provide an engaging alternative to sedentary activities, promoting better health and reducing childhood obesity. By influencing our kids to be healthy and strong from a young age, we give them one of the greatest gifts. We take great pride in introducing many youth individuals to CrossFit.
Safety First
Our youth programs emphasize safety by introducing strength and stability methods crucial for injury prevention. Many sports-related injuries occur because kids play high-intensity unilateral sports without proper strength development. While our programs are designed to be fun, we take the foundational aspects of strength and conditioning very seriously.
