CFL is staffed with an excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly team of personal trainers and CrossFit coaches. For those looking for private training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer and/or Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, check out Jared, Kelly, and Austin below. Our coaches are Justin (CF Level 1) and Priscilla. Justin coaches all of our co-ed CrossFit classes, and Priscilla coaches our Ladies Only CrossFit classes, for women who feel more comfortable with a female trainer.

Priscilla Binkley

For women who prefer having a female trainer, Priscilla coaches all of our Ladies Only CrossFit classes.  All CFL Ladies Only members have exclusive access to Priscilla’s daily nutrition/diet tips, weekly recipes, and weekly at-home workouts in our Ladies Only online Facebook group. Members of this online community share inspiration, motivation, feedback, and support. Priscilla works hard to ensure all members are getting the most out of her online forum and her CrossFit Classes.

Kelly Clare

I want to help as many individuals as possible become the most confident, fit, and self-believing version of themselves. All I ask of you is effort and commitment.

Kelly has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and is pursuing a Masters in Kinesiology. She believes everyone is an athlete, whether competing in organized sports or playing “the game of life.” As a Trainer, she focuses on methods that help clients become more mobile, flexible, and stable to prevent injury and promote longevity, while steadily progressing toward each client’s fitness goals.

Austin Pearson

Austin has been passionate about strength training for 15 years, and he has been training clients in health clubs, gyms, and universities all over North America for the past 10 years. He is very knowledgeable about human development and has an M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on strength and conditioning, and human movement and performance. He also holds multiple certifications including Strength and Conditioning Coach and United States of America Weight Lifting Sport Performance, Level 1.

Jared Laxner

Jared earned his B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Western Illinois University. He is currently working towards his Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science as a Graduate Assistant at UL. He is a Certified Strength Coach through Eleiko and is studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
