I’M NEW TO CROSSFIT AND UNSURE ABOUT IT…
Workouts are designed so that they may be modified to accommodate all fitness and skill levels. Coaches will teach correct form to maximize benefits, encourage you to work hard, but will always put your safety and comfort first.
IF I’VE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE, HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Anyone new to CrossFit should schedule an On-Ramp session. A coach will meet with you in a one-on-one or small group setting to demonstrate and practice CrossFit exercises correctly and safely. On-Ramp sessions cost $25 per hour and have no membership obligation. After On-Ramp session(s) are completed, you may register for a monthly membership or purchase a Punch Card.
I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
If your friends have done CrossFit before, they can Drop-In for a class for $12, or they can purchase a punch card for $100 to attend 10 classes. Punch cards expire after 18 months.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?
Anyone who has done CrossFit before can try a class for free. If you’ve never done CrossFit before, you can schedule an On-Ramp course, a 1-hour personal training session, to help you decide. On-Ramp classes are scheduled around you and your schedule, so just give us a call anytime.
