Farmer’s Carry
1)Because… Functional fitness 😊
2)Simple, but think strong posture, grip, and core.
3)Stand up tall, shoulders back, head up. Engage your back and shoulders to remain stable. Actively squeeze your shoulder blades together, just like a bench press.
4)Keep the weight balanced or even let it lean slightly forward to give you forward momentum, never let it pull you backwards.
5)Quick feet!
