9.12.17 – Toes to Bar

Toes to bar
1)Activate shoulders, lats, and core! Don’t hang on the bar and raise up your feet. Instead, try to pull the bar to your feet. As your feet go up your shoulders rise.
2)Work on core strength, grip, & kip: knee raises, planks, farmer carries, hollow rocks, hollow rock holds, superman holds, good mornings, v-ups.
