THE Burpee
Love them. Hate them. Do them!
1)Full body workout! Devolving mental fortitude, building coordination, and improving endurance.
2)Hands on the ground, kick feet back and lay flat, push-up and pull feet to hands, stand, jump, and clap! Repeat. 😬
3)Efficiency and conservation of energy is key 🗝smooth steady movement will get you to the finish line
4)When the timers counting down  or it’s your last set drop your hands and kick out your feet at the same time then explode off the ground, hands up, good posture, jump, then drop to the next rep ASAP 😠
