Pete on how CrossFit changed his running outlook: “I just never really looked forward to the training part, or the races for that matter. It was just one of those situations where I had finally found my niche, so I decided it was better to just suck it up. Fortunately, just as I was starting to get burned out, Wesley introduced me to the CrossFit approach to specialized training. Now I can’t get enough CrossFit training and I also found a new passion helping other athletes reach their goals!”
Goals- Run the last 3 major marathons in the US and run London before 2012, then start to compete in CrossFit and Ironman races.
