This fall CrossFit Lafayette will be having 2 sessions a day, 3 days a week
geared towards making athletes 5k and 10k times faster. Whether you are
an advanced runner or triathlete looking to shave some time off of your
run, or an inexperienced runner just starting out, we have a place for you.
Classes will be taught by Pete Medina.

Classes will begin August 30th, Mon-Wed-Fri at 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
