Today we will be meeting at the UL practice fields across from Bourgeios Hall for some pick-up soccer at 5:00. Bring anyone and everyone and don’t forget your cleats and something to drink!!!

Virtual shoveling at 45 / 25 lbs

With an Olympic bar holding only one plate, touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one “rep.” Barrier is a 24″ box. Bar cannot touch box for rep to count. Hands must be placed inside the snatch grip lines. No bouncing!!
