Max rounds for 20 min with 4 min rest of:
5 Ground to over head at 95 / 65 lbs
10 Sit-ups
15 Box jumps, 20″
Start the timer and perform max rounds for 8 min, rest for 4 min and repeat. Begin second AMRAP where the first left off.
