Card game:

Diamonds = Burpees

Spades = Double-unders x2

Hearts = Sit-ups

Clubs = Hip extensions

Joker = 1 Rope climb

Pull 5 cards:

First 4 cards = movements and reps per round

5th card = rounds

Movements can be performed in any order but multiples of the same suits pulled must be added together. If your 5th card is 6 or higher, you may pull again.
