CrossFit Lafayette will be competing in this years CrossFit Regionals in Fort Worth, Texas.
CrossFit will have normal scheduled classes Friday and Monday, but will be closed Saturday and Sunday.
Good luck to all of our athletes this weekend!!!

Thursday

For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Double-unders
75 Wall-balls at 20 / 14 lbs
50 Kettlebell swings at 55 / 35 lbs
25 Parallette shoot through

For the Parallette shoot through, chest must break the horizontal plane
of the parallettes on the push-ups, and butt must touch the ground on
the dips. Don’t forget to open the hips before each dip.

Shoulder press 3-3-3-3-3 reps

AND

5 rounds of:

Dumbbell long jumps, 10 Meters at 30 / 15 lbs

Count how many jumps it takes to cover the 10 Meters
and do that many burpees at the end of each round.

20 Dumbbell power snatch, right arm
30 Push-ups
20 Dumbbell power snatch, left arm
30 GHD sit-ups
