Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Complete five rounds for time of:
200 Meter run
15 Wall-balls at 20 / 14 lbs
5 Bar muscle-ups / chest to bar pull-ups
OR
Complete three rounds for time of:
400 Meter run
40 Double-unders
20 Hang squat clean at 95 / 65 lbs
Post choice of WOD and time to comments.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
5 Power cleans at 135 / 95 lbs
5 Jerk at 135 / 95 lbs
5 Front squat at 135 / 95 lbs
Row 300 meters / 15 Toes to bar (alternating)
At the end of the first round row 300 meters, at the end of the second round do toes to bar. Continue alternating until the 20 min is up.
